STUDENTS AGAINST DESTRUCTIVE DECISONS (SADD) 2017
SADD Club (Students Against Destructive Decisions) hosts an awareness week every Spring to educate High School students about choices they make in their lives. The S.T.O.P.P.E.D. Program
● SADD sponsored this program after their Awareness Week. The S.T.O.P.P.E.D. program is aimed at educating the young drivers directly through both lecture and innovative hands on activities as an effort to reduce the number of young drivers involved in motor vehicle crashes. The acronym stands for Sheriffs Telling Our Parents & Promoting Educated Drivers. The second aspect of the S.T.O.P.P.E.D. program is an educational component aimed at teaching young drivers the consequences of driving while under the influence of alcohol. |
THANKS go out to Deputy Sheriff Thomas Indence and the Sheriff's Department for this eye opening program.
